1. Promoter
The promotion is conducted by NACO Design, Victoria, Australia.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of NACO Design and their immediate families are excluded.
3. Promotion Period
The giveaway closes on 10 December 2026 at 11:59 pm AEDT. The opening date is 23 December 2026 at 12:00 am AEDT.
4. How to Enter
Entrants must complete the official giveaway form linked in NACO Design's Instagram bio, providing their full name, email address, phone number and Victorian suburb/postcode.
Following @nacodesign and tagging a friend are encouraged but are not compulsory entry conditions.
Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary.
5. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive one NACO Design Orimba S2 Bookcase.
Total prize value: AUD $1,675 including GST.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Decorations and accessories shown in promotional images are excluded.
Prize timber/finish: American Oak
Delivery or collection arrangements: NACO White Glove Delivery Service.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on 11 December 2026 via Instagram post and Website announcement on the giveaway page.
Every eligible entry will have an equal chance of winning.
7. Winner Notification and Publication
The winner will be contacted by email or phone using the details submitted.
The winner's name will be published on https://nacodesign.com/pages/orimba-s2-giveaway on 11 December 2026 and will remain publicly available for at least 28 days.
NACO Design may also announce the winner through its official Instagram account.
8. Prize Claim and Delivery
The winner must provide any additional information reasonably required to verify eligibility and arrange delivery or collection.
The prize will be transferred to the winner within 28 days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be identified or contacted despite reasonable efforts, a second draw may be conducted in accordance with applicable Victorian regulations. Details of the redraw, including its date, time and location, must be specified before the promotion begins.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used to administer the giveaway, contact the winner and arrange prize delivery.
Entrants may separately opt in to marketing communications. Marketing consent is optional and does not affect eligibility.
Information will be handled in accordance with NACO Design's Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
11. General Conditions
NACO Design reserves the right to verify eligibility, reject fraudulent or duplicate entries and take action reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the promotion, subject to applicable laws.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
