Timber Variation

Our products will not always look exactly like the pictures on our website, this is due to the nature of the materials we use:

Unique and Natural Products

At Naco, we take pride in using a combination of engineered and natural materials, ensuring that every piece we create is truly one-of-a-kind. Just as no two trees are the same, the grain, texture, and tone of natural timber will vary. These natural variations guarantee that the item you receive will have its own unique character, making it special and distinctive from what you may have seen online or in-store. Please note that the product displayed on our website is a representation; the shipped item may differ in color, tone, and texture.

Handmade Craftsmanship

The majority of our products are handmade by skilled artisans. This handcrafted process may result in minor imperfections, which we view as part of the charm and authenticity of handmade objects. These details reflect the care, attention, and human touch invested in every piece we produce.
We believe these qualities celebrate the individuality of each product, adding warmth and character to your space.

Warwick Fabrics

Who is Warwick & what is WEAVE?

Warwick has been our trusted supplier of fabrics for decades. Their product quality, range of options and customer service is outstanding. Amanda Ryan is our Warwick representative and never fails to pay us a visit when shes in the area. Amanda comes around to the showroom to keep our sample rack up to date and to let us know about their latest products and technical information.

At the start of 2023 Amanda introduced us to their beautiful bedding products which is branded as WEAVE. Their latest autumn catalogue not only showed beautifully staged products, but also boasted the sustainable choices Warwick incorporated into the entire WEAVE product catalogue.

The team at NACO loved both the quality of the WEAVE textiles, their colour options and the alignment on sustainable practices. Its for this reason that we are proud to cary the WEAVE products in-store and online.

Do you have WEAVE samples in store?

Yes, we currently have our favourite items in store such as:

Bedding from the Ravello range
European linen cushions
Solano throws
Almonte and Travertine rugs

For our instore bed display we chose a range of beautiful warm colours from the WEAVE Ravello range (Biscuit, Shell and Caper) to suit the current cold autumn and winter months. These colours are calming and very natural to go with our natural timber and Japandi aesthetic. The fabrics are very soft to touch French flax linen.

Do you have Warwick fabrics instore?

Yes, we have hundreds of different sample fabrics that are constantly updated directly from Warwick in store.

How Are We Sustainable?

Made-to-order production

We minimize the risk of producing excess stock by making our furniture to order, ensuring that each piece is crafted specifically for you.

Thoughtful Material Selection

We choose materials for the right reasons. For example, we use High-Density Fiberboard (HDF) made from waste streams and high-quality veneers that use solid timber sparingly. HDF’s stability allows us to create durable joints like mitres, which are less prone to splitting compared to solid timber.

Local Sourcing

We prioritize sourcing materials locally to reduce the carbon footprint associated with transportation.

Furniture Servicing and Repair Services

Our local manufacturing facility has been servicing customers for over two decades. We offer stripping back and refinishing services to give your furniture some TLC, making it look brand new.

Eco-Friendly Deliveries

We currently do not use any packaging materials such as plastics, foams, or cardboard. All deliveries are handled with care by our furniture movers, directly from our factory, reducing the need for packaging.

Our Solar Power Investment

All of our sites are solar powered and we will continue to invest in this sustainable form of power

Our Current Sustainability Goals

Timber Supply Transparency

We are working on more transparency regarding our timber supplies by visiting timber mills and learning more about their processes.

Circular Economy Initiatives

Our recent design processes focus on furniture with modular components that can be easily replaced or upgraded, reducing the need to discard entire pieces. Additionally, we are looking into investments to utilize our sawdust and offcuts effectively.

Furniture Takeback Service

In the future, we hope to offer a takeback service to find new homes for second-life furniture, further supporting sustainability.
