After booking, we’ll contact you to talk a little about what it is you need before our visit. The consultation is the complete package of everything you will need to make sure your furniture is exactly what you imagined.

What to expect at a consultation.
One of our friendly designers will meet you either in our Richmond showroom or at your home (if you selected home consultation) where we will start by taking down notes and sketching out what you have in mind (don't hold back your ideas). They will make suggestions about materials, sizes, fittings and much more to give you the best idea of what's possible for your space. We do this day in day out and truly love interacting with our customers to provide them with something unique and one of a kind. Don't hesitate to ask any questions while in your consultation, we'd rather you asked than left wondering. Can't wait to meet you!
