We offer a pick up or delivery service.

Our two stores in Richmond and Nunawading are available for pickups and our delivery radius is generally located in the Metropolitan Melbourne area. Any deliveries outside this area will be considered special deliveries where we will contact you regarding costs and timing. Our delivery experts are all part of the Naco team, we will organise a time for you to be in and deliver it to your destination, installation services are also available.

How long does it take?

As we make to order, each piece of furniture varies in time. It can take from 6-12 weeks but in most cases our orders arrive within the 8-10 week period as it is locally made. We are always in contact with our customers to make sure they know the progress of their furniture. We want you to feel comfortable for the entire journey start to finish.

How much is delivery?

We currently service Metro Melbourne and Metro Sydney addresses - with custom delivery quotes available for all other locations. Metro Melbourne delivery price : Small items $40 - Medium size items $60 - Large items $95
Metro Sydney delivery price : A flat rate of $250 per order

Free shipping over $2000 T&Cs

Our free shipping for orders over $2000 is applicable for orders purchased through the website and delivered within Metro Melbourne only.
This does not include Mornington Peninsula.

Naco currently only delivers within Australia

We provide product premium delivery within Metro Melbourne using our own truck and experienced personnel who carry the furniture into your room, make necessary adjustments on the spot, and we don't use any single use packaging material.
For deliveries outside Metro Melbourne, we work with trusted furniture delivery partners who cover specific locations and provide quotes based on location and cubic meter. If you are located outside of Metro Melbourne and Metro Sydney, please contact us for the best quote from our trade accounts with our delivery partners.
