The Process

So you want to order some furniture....

Bring dimensions and an idea, and we'll sketch it for you

Before coming in, make sure to bring the measurements (even if they're approximate) of the furniture you are interested in or the space you're trying to fill. It also helps if you have a rough idea of the style you would like; maybe take a photo of the room, including nearby furniture, or draw a rough sketch of what you want. If you need some inspiration, visit a site such as Pinterest. But if you're completely stuck, we're also always happy to provide some recommendations and even come out to visit the site depending on the job.

Pay a deposit and we'll draw it in CAD

Once a general sketch of the furniture has been made, simply pay a deposit and we'll draw it up in CAD for you. From there we can communicate via email to finalise the finer details. This will give you the opportunity to relax at home or in your office and make sure that the design works, and also gives you time to double-check your measurements!

Confirm the design and we'll get straight to work!

Our factory is in Blackburn, and workshop is in Nunawading, so it's all local. Fabrication generally takes around 4 weeks, but can sometimes be longer depending on the type of timber or fabric you order. When your furniture is nearing completion, we'll give you a call to either bring in your sample (if you're wanting to match the colour), or to organise delivery.

We delivery 7 days per week between 10am and 4pm.
